Chagford is a small town and civil parish on the northeast edge of Dartmoor, in Devon, England. Chagford is an attractive town with stone cottages and among the old thatched granite buildings is Endecott House dating from the 1500’s, named after one of the Pilgrim Fathers who became Governor of Massachusetts.
