Who can become a member?

What are the financial risks?
Zero – there are no join-up fees or monthly charges! You are in control of your allocation and rates and what's more, you pay commission only for bookings you receive.
Who does the guest pay?
The guest pays the hotel, in full, on check out. We do however have the ability to accept pre-paid reservations – if you are interested in this service please Contact Us.

Are reservations guaranteed and safe?
Yes. When booking, guests are required to provide contact and credit card details. You have access to these details, via our 128bit secure server (SSL), so that you can pre-authorise payment, collect deposits and charge cancellation or no show fees.
How do I receive notification of bookings and cancellations?
Notifications are automatically generated when customers book or cancel online. You receive notification in 3 ways – on your admin panel, via email and fax*. Guests receive a personalised, automatic confirmation by email. This includes a booking reference, your contact details, policy and directions to your hotel. * Fax and email notifications are not always reliable methods of communication, therefore it is imperative to regularly check your online hotel bookings page.

Do we have to give a fixed allocation?
No, you can amend your availability or room rates at anytime over the internet so that no you will never out of control. To do so all you need is pc with internet connection.
What rate levels can be set?
You can different rate levels based upon your Rooms availability and how busy your hotel is.

Are rates per room or per person?
Rates are per room (not per person) and must include VAT where applicable.
What happens if a guest cancels or amends their booking?
If guests cancel online, you are notified as you are with reservations. Guests may also cancel/amend directly with you over the phone or by email in which case we ask you to notify us, using our online facility, so that we do not inadvertently charge you commission.

Do cancelled bookings return rooms to our online inventory?
Once again you are in control – availability will be returned unless your inventory is set to ‘Sold Out.’ In this case inventory will not be returned.
Do you charge commission on cancellations and no shows?
We do not charge for cancellations made in line with your policy. However, we do invoice for reservations cancelled in breach, whether you decide to charge the guest or not, as we incur commission charges from websites and travel agents for bookings that you receive in good faith.

Do you send a monthly statement?
No, it’s better than that! You have constant access to your online booking statement, which dynamically displays new and cancelled reservations. To ensure that we send out the correct invoice, you have eight days after the month end to notify us, online, of any amendments.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are 30 days from the invoice date. As you are in control of your booking statement and ensure that the invoice we send is correct, we request that a Direct Debit mandate or Bacs transfer is set up. This is a quick and convenient way to pay and ensures our continued service.

Can I receive bookings through my own website?
Yes, for a very low commission fee you can augment your existing website by providing guests with the option and convenience of booking your hotel direct online
